To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 聞說米芝蓮點心, 終於可以一試。三個人來不用搭檯。 酥皮焗叉燒包, 果然不失眾望, 鬆脆外皮,入口即溶, 而且熱度剛好入口。土魷肉餅飯, 土魷肉餅雖然未至於冚滿成個飯面, 食材新鮮, 土魷與肉餅嘅味道配搭相當好, 比起出面鹹蛋肉餅飯來得有特色。馬拉糕有少少甜味, 其他點心就不過不失, 正常水準。最驚喜的就是它的價錢,3個人晚上食每人只是60蚊, 這是一個food court嘅價錢, 卻有一個舒適嘅環境可以傾計, 以及足以放在五星級酒店嘅點心水準, 成件事就是perfect!建議如果係情侶就不要來這兒, 晚上七點幾相當人多, 二人單邊移位置不多 , 要搭枱就不是太好 。八點半後就很多空位, 九點半就打烊, 走時見有兩枱外國人在用餐呢!
