同朋友相聚嚟到黃埔天地嘅美食坊食嘢,星期日中午時段人流都幾多,但未至於要排隊等候。叫咗幾款經典點心。首先有山竹牛肉球,用牛肉、馬蹄、蔥、陳皮等調味料製成而成,再放喺腐竹上。牛肉球口感嫩滑,偏軟唔爽,喜歡。燒賣有四小件,食落煙韌,冇咩粉感又無雪味,魚味都突出,一人一粒差唔多。好食嘅叉燒包皮要夠鬆,肉要夠嫩,呢度都做到。醬汁鹹香不膩,份量適中。醬皇蒸鳳爪都有特色,吸滿甜甜嘅醬汁,肉質脆彈,好惹味,配飯一流。鮮蝦腸唔算好透薄,但入口幾滑身。裏面個蝦仁都幾好食,配埋豉油食,唔錯。炒飯好大一碟,足以大家食。飯炒至粒粒分明,乾身,有鑊氣。
