To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢問粉麵茶記型食店，在新蒲崗巳開業有幾年時間，但因個門面格局，吸引唔到肥演呢個，古老石山去光顧，直至最近肥華得到FB，飲食羣組谷友資訊，盛讚此店出品極得，有見及此4月21日，肥華和靚媽即到此店，一試虚實，FB羣組果然冇老點谷友，肥華今日在此店，所點嘅食品，豬油渣豬什湯米，雲吞牛筯湯麵，鮑汁花膠冬菇，都獲肥華俾A++評語，可能連帶關係連個碟腐乳通菜，肥華都覺得特別好食值A級水準，加上此店老闆，待客態度親民至誠，值得為食友專誠到此店，捧佢場😋👍😋👍😋👍
