To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係一間好到值得寫食評嘅小店。上午睇新聞睇到有好嘢食晚上八點即嚟報到,見到門口排滿人,已經感覺店舖口碑一定好好。店員定老闆門好落力寫單,傳菜,執枱,等咗一陣先有姐姐出嚟派號碼發。大約等咗20分鐘先入座。期間姐姐都出過嚟2次問等待中嘅食客會唔會叫蒸餸,叫定做定唔駛等。我第一次嚟其實好多嘢都想試,但見無人叫蒸餸,加上自己又並非食到大笨象嘅心情,都拎拎頭等到入座先叫其他。價格親民,令人更想乜都試下。是日例湯皇 $20黑蚊蚊嘅係老火湯,只係記得有龜板,土伏苓同藥材,細啖飲好清,大啖就好甘,正正係用料足火候夠嘅體現,哩個例湯係我飲過最高層次嘅例湯。👍👍金牌碗仔翅$22跟住出場係相對好”掃街”類嘅碗仔翅,神奇事情係入面嘅雞絲真係好有雞味,而湯嘅”結身”程度少不免會想起係生粉水,但佢係特別滑身,仿佛係湯羹一倒入口就自湯滑落食道中,味道當然好和諧。花鵰醉雞(例牌) $35哩個價錢竟然食到軟,香,醉,甜,仲有8,9件正常雞件量,部份嘅皮肉間仲有薄薄啫喱油脂,如果一個人嚟,一份雞,一碗飯,好美滿。鹵水豬手 $8/件入咪而唔會太濃,咬落去係滿口骨膠原,唯一挑剔係手指罅中間有毛,要咬掉浪費咗蠔汁鴨掌 $6/隻汁

黑蚊蚊嘅係老火湯,只係記得有龜板,土伏苓同藥材,細啖飲好清,大啖就好甘,正正係用料足火候夠嘅體現,哩個例湯係我飲過最高層次嘅例湯。

哩個價錢竟然食到軟,香,醉,甜,仲有8,9件正常雞件量,部份嘅皮肉間仲有薄薄啫喱油脂,如果一個人嚟,一份雞,一碗飯,好美滿。

鹵水豬手 $8/件
入咪而唔會太濃,咬落去係滿口骨膠原,唯一挑剔係手指罅中間有毛,要咬掉浪費咗

蠔汁鴨掌 $6/隻
汁比鹵水甜少少,但慢慢吮反而仲答真個味,最後係微辣,鹹甜味>鴨味>辣味,咁又層次嘅蠔汁,成個菜牌就只係見到係哩味鴨掌出現,媽呀~佢點賺錢呀!

店姐姐介紹我哋食,叫果陣仲以為係豬手類,原來係 無骨豬蹄肉,又淋又入味仲唔肥膩,食到停唔到

清清地嘅間場,一放上枱已經聞到好香蝦子味,蘿蔔清甜唔算好淋,但勝在無渣

韮菜豬腸豬紅 $22
又一道大師級水準嘅平民”掃街”菜,豬紅除咗有本身味到仲多一陣湯底而來嘅清甜,豬腸更係有豬味無臭味,仲舊舊都切得好公整,將內臟類肉食層次再提升。

鹵水蛋 $6
男朋友要求點嘅餸,我咬咗一細口,好有蛋味引襯出鹵水味。

總括講,食物超乎所想,超乎所值,希望好快再嚟
