Restaurant: 山東餃子館
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日放假同朋友出左長沙灣搵食，天氣好熱成30度熱到個人都無乜胃口，唔知點解一熱就食唔落飯，於是揀左一間餃子館試下。佢有好多涼拌小食可以開下胃都唔錯。小食我地揀左個山東手撕雞，一碟手撕雞上面有啲生蒜同芝麻，再喺上面淋啲醋，食落好香好勁蒜味！主食方面我地各叫左一款淨餃子同一款雲吞，我叫果款係「香芹鮮肉水餃」，一碟有10隻，每一隻水餃都好飽滿，餡料漲卜卜。一咬開隻餃子果然好多餡料，芹菜好香，餃子皮煙煙unun幾好食！呢個係朋友嘅8隻菜肉雲吞！
