To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為想同朋友靜靜地食下野,傾下計,所以想係間細細地既餐廳仔食野。lunch時間,周圍都好多人爭位食飯,難得行行下見到呢間cafe,環境唔錯,價錢唔貴,對學生黎講係個唔錯既選擇。照燒雞柳茄醬意粉餐,但個意粉就麻麻地,首先意粉有d冧,蘿蔔仔仲生生地,但個燒汁雞柳就幾好味。呢碟意粉d味道分開哂,希望下次有進步!蟹籽煙三文魚白汁意粉,意粉不是Al Dente的口感。當然,只屬社企餐廳也不應抱太高期望。但白汁過稀,三文魚似乎與超市購買的無異。
