To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以前去一田買野成日經過呢間酒家,店舖門面唔吸引,而且隔離仲有幾間出名的,但因為疫情原因有折去試,一試就上引,食過咁多間酒樓,呢間超好食,宜家起碼一星期食一次。最鍾意食佢啲點心,尤其個蘿蔔膏(真材實料)!好食到等唔切影相!全部點心都好食!唯一係個潮州粥,唔係個啲綿粥,好水,可能我食唔慣。
