To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期六下就嚟呢間餐廳食 lunch, 點左個特制葱醬牛舌丼 + 炸雞 3 件 + 熱茶一杯。 牛舌丼好好食, 有 4 塊厚切牛舌, 其中 3 舊都厚得黎夠哂腍, 表面仲煎得有少少脆口, 得一舊部位唔同就有啲難咬; 葱醬有濃濃嘅葱味同蒜味, 同牛舌幾夾同好解膩; 飯底有啲甜甜地嘅汁, 好啱我口味, 份量仲啱啱好可以撈哂所有飯。炸雞就遜色少少, 雖然入面好 juicy 同嫩口, 但表面唔夠脆同醃得唔夠味, 要點沙律醬或檸檬先夠。總括而言, 個牛舌丼好好食, 值得推薦😋
