小妹經常幫襯,最愛素食三文治,近來新寵係即叫即煎手抓蔥油餅''手抓''喻意用手抓鬆麵團以增加口感層次!其實最重要係整麵團對摺嘅層數,同puff pastry原埋差唔多! 今次我揀左手抓餅+雞蛋&黑糖奶茶(另可加火腿/芝士)基本上熱辣辣嘅手抓餅應該同半溶芝士最夾...無奈要減肥 見到老細响度慢慢煎,食呢个唔可以心急架~如果求其煎一陣,表面好似冇問題,外圍睇亦夠鬆軟,但當你咬多兩啖,就會發現中間仲係死實實一團粉...真係諗起都冇胃口! 所以只要俾啲耐性,一份地道嘅台式蔥油餅就會出現喇~拎住燙手嘅蔥油餅,急不及待放入口,滿滿酥香鬆軟嘅感覺~~因為加左雞蛋,蔥味不算太特出,細嚼之下竟然甜甜地嘅?!原來老細响中間搽左台式醬油,正好中和油膩感!抵讚~呢度嘅黑糖奶茶係好飲,但如果可以配埋豆漿就perfect喇~
