好似最出名就係呢個黑松露忌廉海鮮烏冬,見門口啲poster好似話咩第一名攞獎甘,入到去啲menu好舊,好似用左好多年甘。有一堆黑松露醬係頂,聞到都覺得正,不過個木碗又係好舊,啲邊個感覺好似入左好多菌甘。湯係奶白色,唔會好稀。海鮮其實即係得三文魚同帶子,不過都幾多餸。啲海鮮無咩鮮味,個忌廉湯底就好杰既,但陣味就唔似飲金寶湯,似淡忌廉加水再加啲黑松露味甘,都ok既,唔會好味精。烏冬方面就係用扁烏冬,無咩咬口,我都係比較中意煙韌啲。
