To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 嗰日咁岩喺開新蒲崗做嘢落咗最底層搵嘢食 因為冇得出國去台灣 又諗起台灣嘅火車便當見到好似幾抵食就入咗去叫咗一個百芳豬扒便當 隨餐仲送嘢飲 都係五十幾蚊邊度入面有雜菜 粟米 炒粉絲 招牌豬扒 同埋菜甫值得一提嘅係佢嘅菜甫 好香 唔會太鹹仲帶啲甜味 令個飯更加好食 招牌百芳豬扒係好食嘅 唔係好食得出用咩嚟醃製但醃得好入味 炸完出嚟亦都唔會好乾餐飲炭焙烏龍就真係普通飲品 茶味整體來講以呢個價錢 係都幾抵嘅!
