早排係食在元朗有人介紹,話呢間鐵板燒新開,質數唔錯,所以就諗住Book位試下,不過咁岩呢個星期晚市都full左booking ,咁我唯有試下晏晝set因為以往一直都有食開鐵板燒,所以本人對鐵板燒要求極高,開頭入到去,都有少少失望同好愕然,因為原來師傅年紀好細,大概2X,根據我過往嘅經驗真係好少,年紀細嘅鐵板燒師傅會係煮得好出色,但言談之間,知道師傅雖然年紀輕輕,但已經有近10年鐵板燒經驗。所以就抱住疑問去試下。品質真係完全超乎我嘅期待。師傅用心烹調每一道菜式,由頭盤開始去講解 怎樣烹調,處理,再問客人 有無咩特別唔食? 擺盤亦都相當細緻用心,估唔到係一個年紀輕輕嘅師傅嘅手藝。 特別推介佢地嘅鵝肝,入口即溶,再加上師傅配搭水蜜桃🍑作配料,令到鵝肝不會太油膩,值得推介。不過都有改善嘅地方,海鮮湯稍為味道不夠,可能因為本人飲開嘅海鮮湯都比較濃郁,除此之外每道菜式都👍🏻👍🏻,十分有驚喜
