今次朋友介紹我試呢間壽喜燒!將軍澳站出有條捷徑係A2出口出,向右手方向過馬路,然後向右手方向沿住燈飾嘅小路行!如果唔識行就會兜左一個圈行架啦😅店內座位好寬敞舒適,而且可以望住個廚師煮,好有互動🤝宮崎A4和牛壽喜燒 $680🍣季節三點刺身:先來刺身開開胃先,有牡丹蝦(大隻香甜)帶子(加上檸檬片感覺好清新)燒鰹魚(好重魚味齒頰留香)🥚茶碗蒸:好滑好有蛋香味,入面仲有啲香菇、魚籽,令味道再突出點!🥩A4宮崎和牛(160g):重頭劇嚟啦~餐廳採用A4宮崎和牛,因為想脂肪及牛肉一半一半,有肉感且又有入口即溶嘅感覺,有好香嘅牛味!如果A5就太多脂肪,變咗好油膩!🥬季節野菜:今次有日本春菊、日本娃娃菜、洋蔥,佢呢啲蔬菜全部都係日本空運返嚟,落去煮吸收晒壽喜燒味道,好新鮮好甜!🍚米飯:用埋啲牛肉炒蛋,都係用返壽喜燒嘅汁,好甜好味!🍲麵豉湯、漬物:最後飲埋個麵豉湯中和返個味道🍮甜品:今次嘅甜品有芝麻北海道牛乳布甸,呢個口味好特別,好香嘅芝麻出晒嚟!另外仲有蕨餅和紅豆蓉,個蕨餅好煙靭,一食難忘!個紅豆蓉好滑好香,配埋一齊好夾!
