To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日星期日下晝喺荃灣周圍搵出名嘅美食希望白忙中可以抽空食美食減低平日工作嘅壓力，睇食評話呢一間嘢唔錯，諗住試一試，叫咗一個$68嘅崩沙腩，上枱食物是見到嘅崩沙腩並不如想像中明顯的肥瘦分明，味道也偏鹹，今次嘅體驗並不是很好，所以建議大家如果因為嘗試崩沙腩，慕名而來的有心理準備，未必與你所願。餐廳內環境算是一般，並不覺得10分整潔，而服務的姐姐服務也是一般般，說話鄉音比較較重，有時很難即時明白，另外結帳時租櫃檯向姐姐反映婚紗腩調味偏鹹的時候，謝謝只是很敷衍地說了一句好的，也沒有很在意，我在說什麼便跟其他同事繼續傾偈。
