To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一直唔知長洲有咁多野食,以為嚟嚟去去都係大魚蛋,芒果糯米糍~呢間店位於長洲碼頭附近,好麻甩但係真係好正!脆脆平安包有少少炸饅頭嘅感覺,但個皮唔夠脆,有奶黃流心嘅效果,但係食完有少少漏蜜燒鹹蛋黃臘腸餅第一次食呢種臘腸餅,無得比較,但好有新鮮感,臘腸同鹹蛋黃嘅鹹香,同蜜糖嘅甜味好夾鐵漢撈丁個樣勁似印尼撈麵,仲以為係印尼撈麵啲friend,點知完全唔係印尼撈麵嗰隻味,好好食,但個碗有啲細比較難撈燒豬頸肉豬頸肉肥瘦適中,燒烤後的表皮帶有焦香,係我今次最鐘意食嘅串燒
