To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好少去觀塘食嘢,朋友同我一樣都鍾意食中式點心,通常都係去開太子嗰幾間點心鋪,今日住觀塘嘅朋友介紹呢一間龍點心,佢話同傳統點心店好唔同。點樣唔同呢?一行入去,成間舖都好colorful,成間舖嘅氣氛係好繽紛,玩味十足,午飯時間都幾多人,都係區內寫字樓放lunch食飯居多。叫咗一個點心拼盤,都唔記得邊樣打邊樣,總之粒粒都好多顏色,味道係好嘅,嚟得呢啲特色點心舖食嘅唔單止係味道,仲係視覺同創意上嘅體驗。仲叫咗一個鹹水角唔記得影相,係一個個圓形波波,有橙色同綠色,熱辣辣又脆又好食,仲有一客炸春捲都好唔錯。整體食物水準係高嘅,只不過午飯時間人真係太多,比較嘈吵,傾計就唔太適合。
