To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 想趁大閘蟹季節未完之前快D嘆番轉放題先  見到評論初頭有點猶豫 點知朋友早排先食完話好食要encore多次就約左啦✌🏼朋友一早book左位 所以去到唔洗等就有得坐 佢地已經有一次經驗去到已經即刻落order等蟹 因為D蟹要預番少少時間呢個時間去左夾片皮鴨、小菜同點心黎食下! 個片皮鴨D皮都脆身 如果溫度再熱多少少就完美啦! 仲有遼參同蟹粉豆苗都唔錯! 最鍾意係鮑魚同叉燒 睇番落單紙原來係黑毛豬 唔怪得禁香口啦😁另外點左蟹粉小籠包黎試 真係好好食 好多湯汁 good good!等左唔夠20分鐘 終於等到主腳出場啦 有三種口味 清蒸、太雕、鹽焗👏🏼👏🏼食落幾鍾意太雕之後 趁未清碟又再叫多碟 前後都食左三轉都好飽 之但係甜品又係第二個胃 最後都食左紅棗糕同楊枝甘露 開心滿足歸家去~由於太肚餓同埋掛住食蟹+傾計 當晚好多都唔記得左影相😅唯有係咁以分享僅有既幾張啦~~ PS: 之前有人話佢地服務差 但果日去又唔覺wor  個姐姐見我地個碟堆滿蟹殼都主動過黎幫我地換左兩次碟👍🏼
