鳳爪排骨飯。$27蒸飯的皇道就是鳳爪排骨飯,無論去茶樓或是外賣店,鳳爪排骨飯都是我的首選。鳳爪最好要有兩隻,要有一點辣椒帶出味道,豆鼓味要適中,排骨要有肉有骨,骨肉分明,飯不可太濕。說起來好像理所當然,但做出來卻不易。唐記總體來說也算做得不錯。雞扎。$19雞札有芋頭,豬皮,豬肚,雞肉。雞肉很滑,雪櫃雞也有點雞味,沒什麼雪味。豬皮比較淋,芋頭正常,豬肚不是比常雞札有的,有驚喜。奶茶。$12奶要滑,茶要濃。唐記奶茶不算完全港式,茶沒港式般濃,但比台式日式好。奶味也有而且香滑。對比一般,罐頭奶茶好。
