好肚餓呀好肚餓呀餓死人哋阿媽個女喇~今晚等阿肥收工出嚟,呢排喺旺角搵食最啱就係嚟新商場T.O.P.發掘下啦,行咗幾間新食肆,影哂俾阿肥睇,最吸引佢嘅就係呢間大阪道頓堀必食嘅千房大阪燒,因為阿肥係超級鍾意食呢啲嘢嘅,喺門口睇一睇佢哋個餐牌,都唔算十分貴,同埋又唔洗等好耐位,決定就呢間啦! 喺門口已經可以聞到陣陣嘅大阪燒香味,因為佢裡面有個開放式廚房,有幾個師父喺度現場製作煮食,感覺好似真係有大阪嘅味道同影子,如果咁啱可以坐到吧枱位置,就直頭可以全程望住師父炮製各種料理添。 等咗大約五分鐘就有人離去喇,所以我哋都有位入座,坐卡位都舒服因為張枱夠大,每張枱上面仲內設鐵板,感覺就好似自己有得燒,好好玩好過癮咁。不過聽見隔離枱問職員:「啲嘢食嚟到嘅時候係生定係熟架?」職員話其實係熟架~咁呢樣嘢似乎就同日本嘅做法不盡相同喇~ 我哋就叫咗以下呢幾款嘢~ 特盛海鮮大阪燒$88蚊:餡料包括有魷魚+帶子+小蝦+八爪魚混合而成,嚟嘅時候已經熟咗所以放上鐵板只係為咗保熱同埋都可以俾客人炒兩炒過下手癮,切開食落係經典大阪燒嘅鬆軟口感,師父果然係煎得啱啱好唔會燶,亦唔會乾爭爭,配上秘製醬汁非常惹味,按自己嘅喜好加

醬燒日式炒麵$68蚊:相比起大阪燒,炒麵就會比較多油,同埋豬肉片嘅份量都只得好小,會有少少失望,因為$68蚊嚟講如果冇餸嘅話就真係唔太抵食喇,連椰菜絲嘅份量都係小,醬油嘅味道都係一樣偏咸。
鐵板牛肋肉$118蚊:呢款菜式味道相對較為出色,牛肋肉片夠薄夠腍,味道可口,但兩個人share一齊食,一份嘅量都係唔夠喉,每人只可以食到幾片仔......到喉唔到肺。 總括嚟講我哋都好appreciate喺香港可以食到日本大阪燒嘅味道,感受當地旅行時嘅情懷。好彩嘅係餐廳會有清水供應無限飲用,可以舒緩一下呢度比較濃烈嘅咸味,但如果要論性價比來說,真係同日本冇得比較喇。
