To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去咗金城食嘢.餐廳入面貼咗好多勵志金句,例如係呢句"是非天天有,不聽自然無".我哋叫咗兩份餐,揀咗熱奶茶同凍奶茶,茶味同奶味算平均.沙爹牛肉通粉嘅通粉煮得稍腍,沙爹牛肉嘅份量就唔算少,肉質軟滑不失肉味.火腿奄列蛋皮煎得唔嚡,中間仲有蛋汁流出,火腿絲又唔會太鹹,夾晌搽咗牛油嘅白方包嚟食,即刻變咗做火腿蛋三文治.肉餅飯嘅肉餅兩邊表面煎得焦脆,中間鬆化有肉汁,飯量足夠,仲跟埋條菜心晌度.辣菜脯爽口,又香又辣,不論係配飯抑或湯粉麵皆惹味,真係幾好撈飯.講真呢度嘅服務的確一般般,尤其係食客多嘅時候,要舉手好幾次先得到回應.如果唔係因為佢哋嘅辣菜脯,我諗都冇其他嘢更吸引到我喇.
