To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 蜜汁叉燒(例)($138)偏瘦,差不多完全沒有脂肪,並唔係半肥瘦梅頭肉。瘦叉燒又未必一定唔好食 ⋯⋯ 夾起一塊放入口,雖然未至於乾硬粗嚡,但肯定唔係鬆軟;調味亦只是一般。

芹香臘味炒芥蘭($128)夠大碟,材料豐富又夠多,臘肉、臘腸、潤腸,食極都有。勉強要批評的話,芥蘭菜葉裁走未夠徹底,又沒有刨走芥蘭外皮,賣相稍差;但咬落沒有澀味,亦爽脆清甜。

羊肚菌燒豆腐($118)每件豆腐細細塊,方便入口。定價唔貴,羊肚菌份量果然一如預期,偏少;為了彌補豆腐 / 菇菌比例不平衡的問題,加入了大大塊冬菇片。味道稍鹹,不過夠大碟,抵食。
