唔知由幾時開始,城中興起一股Lobster Roll熱潮,賣龍蝦包嘅餐廳開到成行成市。的確係嘅,香脆嘅包夾住又大又紅卜卜嘅龍蝦鉗,鮮甜嘅蝦肉多到必晒出嚟,唔係唔吸引啊嘛?不過唔知點解我對龍蝦包又普通,始終都係鍾意芝士龍蝦伊麵多啲。星期日戇居居,見到呢度新開,我又未試過呢類型嘅包,就嚟呢度試吓啦。全場13個座位,牆上有好多蟹及風景相,環境都不錯King crab roll ($120)配一包薯片及飲品,chips以為係薯條點知係一包Lays classic薯片,失望咗;麵包用牛油輕輕煎過,外層鬆脆內層軟綿,牛油味濃郁,口感非常好;皇帝蟹肉拆肉後以適量自製蛋黃醬調味,感覺唔會太膩;蟹肉冇預期中多到滿瀉,而且太過細碎,口感冇咁好,但肉質都算爽口,微鹹有海水味Jumbo shrimp roll ($100)有4隻蝦,蝦肉清新爽口,冇其他花巧嘅醬汁,只有簡簡單單嘅鹽及香料點綴,咁就可以令鮮蝦味更加突出,肉質爽口彈牙,好味!老闆主動俾客人試吓是日餐湯,今日嘅係咖哩蟹肉湯,用原隻蜆及其他海鮮一齊煮,海水味甚濃,可惜我試咗一啖之後覺得太鹹;整體OK,但如果以薯條換咗薯片會更加吸引!
