To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

是日晚上用膳時間較晏，所以人座都成九點半，無需要等位，作為大家人的我，從未幫趁過大埔元氣，其他區域的倒幫趁不少迴轉帶上的壽司已經很少，而且應該放了一段時間，所以order較為穩陣。自己最愛的是筋子壽司，一碟一件，很愛吃筋子的口感，卜卜脆，帶著咸鮮加上一小件壽司飯，醬油不作多用，加少少washabi已輕很好吃。軍艦中的辣味三文魚亦都是我的至愛，三文魚加上新鮮洋荵，那辛辣的味道配上脆口的紫菜，回味！三文魚中亦都點了三文魚腩，果然油份較多，口腔充滿了油份的甘香。炸物點了炸多春魚，炸得熱辣辣，但就乾身了，如果有點醬汁會更加好！
