To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

聽過「粵」呢個名一段時間,公司之前活動都試過喺度搞,不過陰差陽錯下,錯過了。反而喺屯門黃金海岸兩間餐廳都食過,就係唯獨是「粵」未食過,試過北角的「粵」,也不錯,相信呢間同樣有水準,於是我朋友約去呢度食飯,就唔使諗即刻赴約。成日同自己講一定要黎試吓,點知終於有機會來到吃飯。主要原因上次同事嚟到,佢話師傅嘅菜式都做得好好,有幾個好好食嘅signature介紹左俾我,於是來之前就再寫下菜單,有啲準備,再加一啲新選擇就寫咗呢張菜單,就同幾個朋友嚟食。由於地方較遠,一班人由紅磡入嚟食飯機會都唔多,梗係要試多幾種唔同嘅菜式,有前菜有湯有主菜有甜品,食到真係好飽。餐廳非常之舒適,同黃金海岸嘅自助餐一樣,地方大,當然呢個亦都係之前可以攞米芝蓮嘅原因之一,服務也很好,食過一次後都幾難忘。前菜係香糟鮑片伴海蜇頭,非常精彩,送白酒一流,鮑片好入味,海蜇頭爽甜。好像係普通蝦多士,但其實脆得來又好食,鍋貼大蝦多士伴鮮果樣子不錯,咬下去,好有驚喜,最重要不會太熱氣。中菜當然要吃燒味,今晚吃了鵝肝片皮乳豬件和蜜汁叉燒,完全冇想過鵝肝同乳豬會咁夾,加上個叉燒的肥美,好好食,最重要燒得脆邊,蜜汁甜得剛好。燉湯係中菜嘅必

好像係普通蝦多士,但其實脆得來又好食,鍋貼大蝦多士伴鮮果樣子不錯,咬下去,好有驚喜,最重要不會太熱氣。

中菜當然要吃燒味,今晚吃了鵝肝片皮乳豬件和蜜汁叉燒,完全冇想過鵝肝同乳豬會咁夾,加上個叉燒的肥美,好好食,最重要燒得脆邊,蜜汁甜得剛好。

燉湯係中菜嘅必修科目,試過鮮松茸鮑魚燉雞湯就知係堅料,特別係隻鮑魚,勁大隻,松茸的甜美令個湯更好。

蜜汁火方伴油泡碧綠帶子,呢兩個大纜都扯唔埋嘅嘢擺埋一齊都幾有化學作用,先用個飽包住個蜜汁火方,加上脆脆,不錯,無想過咁好食,碧綠帶子同菜後吃,帶子多到不行,全部都係刺身般勁大粒的size。

西餐般位上的陳皮韮菜生煎雞,好有新鮮感,陳皮香還可以,好多韮菜係底,原來炒雞肉個味係咁好,煎雞煎到好香脆,

金湯西紅柿燴上素,而家基本上去酒店都會食呢啲咁嘅夏日菜類,清甜鮮美,好得女士歡心。

主菜係個朋友選擇,吃這個雲南石窩味過橋米線真係好誇張,我哋幾個女仔見到咁大場面都好驚食唔晒,我諗喺香港都好少有酒店餐廳可以做到咁精彩,平時你喺街邊嘅小店食米線就很多,係中餐廳食就真係好少,剩係飲個湯已夠得,最正係啲餸好名貴,同外邊食緊米線係兩個層次。

甜品有南安子燉桃膠、玫瑰火腿酥餅和香芒凍布甸三款,相對前邊菜式樣樣都好精彩,甜品更加多元化一點,但燉桃膠係我最愛,滋陰養顏,啖啖都有桃膠,吃呢個都值回票價。

玫瑰火腿酥餅熱辣辣就好好吃,送紅酒一流。


香芒凍布甸就一如師傅其他菜式一樣,做得好靚,芒果甜得很,布甸的味道絕對有水準。

好似我成日同我老公講,有啲餐廳要試吓才知會唔會適合自己第一次嘅感覺都唔錯,只不過如果你唔係住新界西區嘅話可能,你會覺得好遠,但如果你住荃灣區或者葵青區來食飯都唔係太麻煩,所以,有機會睇到呢度,你又未食過,呢間越絕對推介你嚟食多一次。
