To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

過往有光顧大喜屋旗下的日式放題店,所以收到他們寄過來的SMS,得知有一家比極尚大喜屋更高檔次的放題店新開張,當然先「試」為快一坐低~當然是點一大盤的刺身啦!款式上與極尚大致相同,惟多加了一種叫平政的白魚類和特大赤蝦根據飲食男女的描述,平政乃貴價版油甘魚,屬必點之選。很可惜,當天提供的平政並不鮮甜,整盤花樣多多的刺身盤當中,令我覺得份外滿意的反而是吞拿魚(非赤身取拖羅位)壽司方面,隨意點了幾款,然而我非常推薦海膽壽司,因為飯量比較少,與海膽差不多是50/50的比例,並且鮮甜無尿羶味,可以食多幾件至於大家見到這款靚靚壽司呢~就是殿壽司靚就靚喇~但是胡亂的配搭吃不出這款壽司應有的層次近門口位置有一sashimi booth,可限量取池魚王和金目鯛。老老豆豆,這兩款絕對勝過order紙上的一堆刺身,經常少人排隊確值得一試料理方面,賣相頗為精緻,味道恰到好處,惟普遍而言不夠溫熱,算係死症黎架~再講返出面的攤攤,長長蟹腳確實是眾多食客的主攻食材,我在吃到尾聲才拿,其肉質鮮甜的確為冷盤類加分不少另外有薄燒和牛,其實無分A幾A幾你就知道跟普通的牛肉沒什麼分別,有嚼勁,剛燒烤完上碟,比起剛說到的料理類算

一坐低~當然是點一大盤的刺身啦!
款式上與極尚大致相同,惟多加了一種叫平政的白魚類和特大赤蝦

最中間那三幾塊粉紅肉就是吞拿魚(拖羅)喇~

另外有薄燒和牛,其實無分A幾A幾你就知道跟普通的牛肉沒什麼分別,有嚼勁,剛燒烤完上碟,比起剛說到的料理類算是個優點吧

甜品方面,款式還滿多,不算是有什麼的特色。所以呢~我都吃很少,但雪糕方面的確值得一提
要是回本,食哈根打死實無死,但說到好吃呢⋯我極力推薦milk top 的海鹽雪糕
採用北海道牛奶,奶味香濃,與海鹽的淡淡鹹味非常登對

然後走去攻下Dream ball
那會附上鎚子讓你敲開巧克力的外皮,內有小小抹茶蛋糕,味道不驚艷,建議仿效MrSxxxk buffet附上溫熱的糕點(心太軟),一樣是客製化,卻在以凍食為主的餐點當中增添溫暖

平日晚餐$318加一,人均消費約$350,這個價格這種質素我是可以接受的,所以不會考慮假日去吃
再過一個月左右我再陪朋友試試看,希望到時性價比會高一點

注意:店家表示11月23日之後價格有所調整,所以我下次去吃(也是平日晚餐)就貴了$20
