見openrice 食評幾好,今次有機會可以試吓。聽聞楓林小館已有六十多年歷史,裝修古色古香。這晚屋企人生日,在楓林小館的2樓延開4席聽說這裡的乳鴿是招牌菜之一,幸好酒席中也有,如果唔係就唔知幾時有機會可試。原來除招牌菜乳鴿, 還有幸可試到椒鹽蝦!炸得通透,非常乾身,肉質結實鮮美,蝦殼香脆可口,有水準!紅燒乳鴿,差不多每枱必點鴿味香濃,肉嫩多汁!合桃露香滑,但個人覺得太稀
