To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

新年在家煎糕食得太多，今日出去尖沙咀，找了間中式酒樓飲茶。這間酒樓有很多分店，以婚宴為主，所以裝修十分華麗，大堂滿是水晶燈，光線充足，十分明亮。我點了：-宮廷濃雞湯煲仔翅有優惠價78元一煲仔，所以點了一個share,內有雞件，翅也多，湯底味道濃郁。-煌府蝦餃皇皮薄大大粒，蝦肉很鮮甜彈牙。-鮮蝦菜苗餃皮薄晶瑩通透，有菜和鮮蝦, 味道出色。-叉燒腸粉腸粉香滑，叉燒餡料多。-懷舊芝麻卷芝麻味香濃，質感香滑。

-煌府蝦餃皇
皮薄大大粒，蝦肉很鮮甜彈牙。

-鮮蝦菜苗餃
皮薄晶瑩通透，有菜和鮮蝦, 味道出色。

-叉燒腸粉
腸粉香滑，叉燒餡料多。

-懷舊芝麻卷
芝麻味香濃，質感香滑。
