今日約了朋友去銅鑼灣一間傳統中式酒樓飲茶,酒樓以婚宴為主打,一進內看到有圓形樓梯,掛滿很多花和絲帶,天花是波浪型的水晶燈,十分有氣勢。我們點了:-蟹粉小籠包 這個是時令點心,每籠放一隻很大隻,蟹粉撈埋豬肉做餡料,蟹味香濃,滿滿的湯汁,一啖食唔曬。-晶瑩蝦餃皇 皮薄,蝦肉爽口彈牙。-海蜇燻蹄 燻蹄肉厚,有口感,調味很好,海蜇爽口,配合食很清新。-孖寶- 海皇炆鴛鴦米米粉幼滑,配料有很多蝦,叉燒絲,蛋和韭王等,相當豐富。-皇子乳鴿 皮脆肉嫩,味道濃郁。
