To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Head Chef ,Joe Poon非常專業,對客人有禮,細心,又攪笑!我哋叫咗兩款set,知道我們會share食,自己同我地分五份,老人家和小朋友嗰份會特別整「林」D!生日又有紅豆餅送,仲响媽咪個餅放candle ,so sweet. 我哋走嗰陣,佢煮緊第張枱,都同我地講(多謝哂,bye bye),很有禮!建議大家訂枱時,不防問下,要求Joe Poon做鐡板燒。我見到其他廚D手勢冇Joe咁型!
