To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

買完海鮮之後,店家比咗張卡片介紹去南記,興記就上年食過一般,泰xx係YT睇過又麻麻,所以今次試吓南記,有人之前都話試過ok , 所以就揀咗南記。餐廳環境都算OK,冷氣夠凍,唔會坐得迫迫夾夾。燒鵝半隻燒鵝都算合格嘅,全部多肉走肥😋 如果皮再脆啲就仲正。蒜蓉開邊蒸海中蝦有粉絲底,蒜蓉同啲䜴油味都好好仲帶有少甜味,配埋粉絲底一齊食正啊,撈埋白飯一齊食仲正😂呢碟做得最出色。砵酒焗生蠔買嗰陣店家話推介北海道蠔,話一盒有10幾隻,但最後餐廳整出嚟得返7隻🙄懷疑被餐廳廚房偷食咗🤔 又貴又細隻,北海道蠔($180)都係麻麻,冇美國桶蠔($120)咁大隻同冇咁好食。椒鹽瀬尿蝦呢碟最伏,斑馬瀨尿蝦買嘅時候好生猛嘅,但整出嚟變咗油泡咁,啲油浸到瀨尿蝦嘅殼嘅淋晒,啲肉又梅晒,蝦膏係有啊,有啲膏仲散晒,未試過咁差。䜴汁蒸南非鮑魚鮑魚肥美大隻,但竟然未熟,要翻蒸,結果過熟,比較可惜。䜴椒蟶子上枱嘅時候已經除咗殻,略嫌有少少🤏靭蒜蓉粉絲蒸大元貝呢個冇蒜蓉開邊蒸個汁咁出色,普普通通,元貝係好食嘅,但蒸得熟咗少少。生炆班頭腩呢個整得麻麻,我自己就鍾意食蒸,原汁原味嘛。買海鮮個店家送咗一啲海鮮比我哋做湯料有蜆,有魚,有瀨

燒鵝,炒菜,啤酒丶汽水丶白飯連海鮮加工費大約$1600左右,本身叫咗4個白飯,但張單寫咗6個,大家記得check 單喔。
