To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

響香港食酸菜魚黎講，呢間捌壹壹都算出名，晚上行過見好多人等位，無諗過今次下午兩點去到可以直入！今次同媽媽撐枱腳，叫一鍋酸菜魚，加一碟小食，好滿足。① 必食冷鍋酸菜魚 $238冷鍋唔係字面咁解作冷食，而係已經煮好的意思。熱辣辣的酸菜魚，揀選BB辣真的不太辣，酸酸地有少少麻幾惹味。魚肉份量幾多，夠大件而且夠嫰滑，這亦是冷鍋的好處，唔怕一直加熱煮過龍令魚肉變老。除左酸菜及魚肉，配菜還有芽菜，金菇，篙筍片及寛薯粉等，篙筍爽口，寛粉口感煙韌，好味！如果多啲人一齊食，可以加料再打邊爐，不過兩個人食一鍋加個小食已經夠晒飽。② 夫妻肺片 $68好似同平時食既夫妻肺片有啲唔同，但呢個有牛𦟌，牛脷，金錢肚既夫妻肺片都幾好食。三種食材三種口感，腍，爽，有咬口。同樣揀選BB辣，唔會辣但有麻香味，食落亦滷得夠入味。.③ 柑橘青檸蜜 $28④ 蜂密柚子梳打 $39雖然唔係食得好辣，但呢啲場合飲杯凍飲特別滿足！價錢唔算平，但係幾大杯而且落足料。.阿媽食完表示滿意，話下次再黎食～
