To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

媽媽的午餐 ... 下午茶餐

間唔中出街食下野，都係一件賞心悅目既事。今次去左馬鞍山既茶木食下午茶。無食午餐，直接食下午茶，所以叫左一份重量級既餐 C2 炸雞排肉燥飯 加多杯珍珠奶茶。呢個餐$52，再加一。下午茶黎講都貴架！但如果當午餐既話，價錢都差不多。珍珠奶茶好快就到，之後等多一陣份炸雞排肉燥飯都黎埋。不錯！不錯！有青瓜粒拌飯，清爽清新，但另外既梅菜（？！）就鹹左少少。滷蛋同肉燥都做得好正宗。炸雞排唔肥膩，但略嫌炸皮比較鬆散，一叉就甩出黎。珍珠奶茶比樓下間天仁好味，好有茶香，珍珠亦好Q彈。湊住個女食野真係唔容易，想歎耐啲都難。下次試下早少少試埋佢個午餐先得。
