To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天媽媽第一次試壽司店，皆因她不愛刺身的「生」，所以她亦只是吃udon及炸物炸物中點了：軟殼蟹，一貫水準，不錯。明太子雞翼，外皮炸得很脆口，但內里的明太子不太美味，麻麻！炸雞件，啖啖肉的雞件，味道帶點薑味，很普通！壽司中的軍艦紫菜亦都夠脆口，只嫌辣味三文魚沒辣味，有點失望，明太子沙律，青瓜夠爽脆，夠fresh。壽司里最愛的筋子，自己吃了三件，很愛它的咸香味，咬下卜卜脆，不用添加全何醬油亦很好吃。三文魚壽司及三文魚腩壽司分別不大，所以下次還是點三文魚壽司較經濟！
