▫ 先黎個開胃沙律打個頭陣先,芝士味道偏淡唔會搶左
沙律原先味道,主要靠甜醋同橄欖調味,
令到入口感覺相當清新,健康又好味!唔錯!
♦ Soup
▪ Porcini Mushroom Soup with Rosemary Focaccia 
▫ 個湯我係表示強烈好飲!牛肝菌味道濃郁,
感覺到係非常到位,飲得出成個湯係落足料,
一再回味,對菌類有執著既朋友你們有福了!

▪ Roya lSiberian Acipenser Baerii Caviar from Italy 10g
 (Add $150)with Blinis, Chives, Egg, Shallot and Sour Cream 
▫ 好難得可以係brunch set見到魚子醬既存在!
就算加$150都抵到爛啦!呢隻質感入口非常清甜,
配上烤餅一齊食,口感係最理想既,當然如果
想再濃味d可以加shallot或者sour cream mix埋食,
但我就建議原味道就夠了

▪ Wild Mushroom Risotto 
▫ 要大讚呢個Risotto夠哂正宗,飯粒粒粒分明,
口感非常明確,野菌相當突出,香味撲鼻,
質感又夠creamy,食哂都唔覺得會有油膩感,必食之選!

▪ Deluxe All Day Breakfast 
▫ 所謂豪華版就係份量十足,Croissant焗到非常鬆脆,
比我搶閘食哂成個!2隻太陽蛋煎得岩岩好,入口嫩滑,
Cherry tomato夠新鮮 ,多汁到不行了。Streaky bacon
烤得夠哂惹味,幾有驚喜,Spinach清新爽口,
Portobello質感嫩滑,雞肉腸唔會太鹹,又夠彈牙!

with Crab Butter Sauce, Semi Dried Dattenni
▫ 最後一味廚師精選 - 波士頓龍蝦全蛋麵,
幼身既全蛋麵香味濃郁,質感細滑,盡收龍蝦精華熬煮
成既醬汁,蟹黃油既襯托令整個層次提升唔少,
搭配新鮮龍蝦肉,每一啖都係極緻享受!

▪ Caramel Panna Cotta
▫ 無論質地同味道都非常似Creme brulee,
食落更加有幼滑既感覺,今餐係超級滿足!
呢個set咁抵食,黎開銅鑼灣既朋友唔好錯過!
