餐廳主打一人一個石板燒肉,想食幾多就食幾多叫左肉眼,加$28升級做套餐。餐廳提供幾個唔同既牛部位可以揀,落單既時候同侍應講想要幾多克,佢就會即時切出相對既份量,係客人面前磅,再按個磅數黎計塊扒既價錢,非常公正。廚師會將牛扒煮至三成,再放到預熱左既石板上,等客人可以利用石板將牛扒煮到五成熟。如果唔鍾意太生,係落單前可以事先知會。今次點左肉眼,300g左右,切左出黎同相像中差唔多。等左10mins左右,感應器就響。感覺到塊石板非常熱,切開見到d肉仲係生生地既,可以邊切邊放係石板到繼續燒,就可以變成五成左右。肉眼含脂量比較重,食落好‘林’好香口,配上大量蒜油後更惹味。餐廳亦都好貼心咁附上柚子醬,酸酸甜甜,解肉膩之後,仲好清新好夾。套餐揀左沙律、味噌湯同可樂。整體,肉既生主熟程度由自己控制,化身廚師煮野食,唔錯。而且肉質亦嫩。
