呢幾日天氣涼返少少,即刻好想去打邊爐。見到新蒲崗呢間鋪頭有好多款唔同嘅煲揀,吸引左我嘅注意。雖然係平日晚上,但餐廳都好旺場。驚蔘鐵棍雞(半隻)呢款新煲連餐牌都未有顯示,即刻嗌黎試下。湯底已經配有芹菜、紅棗、杞子。兩個人嗌左半隻雞,有淮山、海蔘伴碟,同時都有少量紅棗、杞子、蓮子,亦附送一份生菜。落左雞肉之後,大火滾熟就熄火焗幾分鐘。首先,梗係要飲碗湯先,好鮮甜同時帶有少少藥材味。然後再食雞,雞肉大大件,肉質嫩滑,完全唔會韌同柴。而海蔘口感亦十分爽實。招牌手切肥牛(細)手切牛新鮮,油脂分佈平均,每一塊都睇到雪花紋,淥一淥就食得,十分重牛味。鬼馬墨魚膠(8件)將墨魚膠釀入油炸鬼入面,都係第一次見。一開始以爲淥完會淋曬,點知完全唔會,仲有少少口感,同理索曬啲湯,好好味。而且墨魚膠彈牙爽口,配埋油炸鬼,呢個配搭出乎意料地好味。新鮮黑柏葉黑柏葉十分新鮮,比白柏葉更能保留原味同口感,淥完都唔會韌,保持爽脆嘅口感。脆鯇魚腩肉質新鮮,結實爽脆。飲品除左汽水同自家製涼茶外,仲有平時茶餐廳嘅飲品。嗌左兩杯檸檬茶,黎到嘅時候嚇親,好驚喜,好大杯啊!整體而言,食物質素十分高,係十分滿足嘅一餐。
