次次去親尖沙咀食泰國野,第一時間就諗起水門雞飯。就算尖沙咀一街之隔有兩間分店,都好多人係到排隊。今日趁時間充裕,就去排一排金馬倫道個間先🔸海南雞飯:海南雞飯當然係佢地既招牌菜啦。雞肉鮮嫩多汁,散發著淡淡的香氣,搭配油飯同醬汁,非常好吃。雞飯亦送清湯,非常鮮甜。🔸豬手飯:豬手經過悉心烹調後,肉質軟嫩,入口即化,帶有一絲肉香。🔸烤魷魚:落單前,大家可以選擇整條上同斬件上,非常細心。懶惰既我就決定斬件上。上菜時,魷魚熱辣辣,外皮被烤至微焦,散發陣陣誘人的香氣,咬落去完全感受到鮮甜多汁的口感。🔸魷魚炒西蘭花:西蘭花煮得岩岩好,唔好整到好淋,同魷魚辣醬炒埋一齊非常惹味。🔸班蘭大菜糕:平時就食得多班蘭椰汁糕,大菜糕反而第一次試。糕點香甜可口,不會太膩,清新爽口,好岩依家食。
