食過蘇媽唔止一次,今次第一次試肉骨茶,喜出望外。1.豬腳彎肉骨茶上豬腳彎前先上一碗肉骨茶,味道唔算苦,苦中帶甜,唔飲慣藥材味嘅我都覺易入口。然後上豬腳彎,豬肉亦沉住肉骨茶,湯茶吸收左豬的肉香味道更鮮美。豬腳彎肉出奇嫩滑並帶肉香,骨膠原又豐富。2.湯咖哩米通粉餸有魚旦,魚肉卷,豆卜,芽菜,薯仔。個人認為餸普遍較淋。湯料酸辣亦帶甜。粉非常滑抵讚。整體份量唔算大碗。3.沙爹串燒串燒可揀豬/牛/雞或每種一串。肉味普通,肉質就唔錯。沙爹醬有大量花生粒好有口感,醬主要係甜味,然而混有薄荷葉碎,並有香茅味,層次也豐富。4.冬瓜龍眼茶(熱)茶夠熱,甜得黎唔會太過火,冬瓜味平衡得剛剛好,解辣更係甚佳。餐牌:
