To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又到咗食大閘蟹嘅季節,係時候要帶屋企人食番餐好嘅生日飯😋 今次就試試呢度嘅至尊大閘蟹鮑翅宴。 首先係「生拆大閘蟹粉翅」,材料十足,每啖都有滿滿嘅魚翅,再加入咗蟹肉同蟹粉用上湯煮成,好食!「28頭特選吉品鮑」配上「清灼本地生葉膽」,夠曬體面,搭配醬汁香味濃郁。鮑身口感一流,夠厚,肉質煙韌~之後就到最期待嘅重點,「原隻江蘇大閘蟹(6兩)」!! 果然冇令人失望~~好大隻。蟹肉鮮甜,膏都好多😋😋滿足!!「薑蔥生煎鹽香雞」亦都有意外驚喜,經過煎香後嘅鹽香雞皮脆肉嫩,媽咪讚不絕口。食到呢度已經飽飽地,但仲有個「蟹粉蟹肉炒飯」,啖啖都係滿滿嘅蟹肉同蟹粉,抵食!「原盅燉冰花官燕」,份量十足,鮮嫩清甜,甜度比例都啱啱好,係一道十分奢華嘅餐後小甜品~最最後仲有兩款小甜點為呢餐畫上一個完美嘅句號。 今餐完全滿足咗蟹迷嘅心願,餐廳環境同服務都好好,下次會再黎!
