To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢個季節限定千兩季節限定鰤魚套餐，greater amberjack 平時好少特登叫呢一款魚今次見到有季節限定，即刻叫試吓先，每一片都厚切，而且好新鮮咬入口軟林林，啲魚香撲鼻，仲有一隻魚油流出嚟真係好正。跟餐仲有個蒸蛋，麵豉湯同埋沙律。蒸蛋個份量真係大到你唔信呀，成隻碗咁大，真係好抵而且啲蛋好滑蒸得啱啱好。另外仲叫咗個壽司餐，我最欣賞係拖羅，真係好林好滑，脂肪含量算係高，好正。由於係會員嘅關係，餐後仲送咗個即烤番薯雪糕，個雪糕係牛奶味，好香好甜，有少少冰感，好快溶，所以要食得好快。個番薯係績效嘅加咗少少蜜糖，所以有少少甜甜地香香地。
