To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又係新一個學年,嶺南樓又轉menu平日下午大約1:45來到嶺南樓飲茶.見到有大量空枱, 不過好明顯唔夠人手, 因為全部都未執.個waiter問我搭唔搭枱, 心諗咁多空枱仲要搭枱?個waiter無服務可言, 佢仲要串我話繁忙時間要搭枱wor!最終爭取到唔洗搭枱不過被黑面我地叫左D小菜同點心,味道都唔錯, 之前來食過D點心唔夠熱,依家改善左好多!炸魷魚鬚好脆咖哩魷魚夠腍又入味什菜煲足料又夠熱咕嚕肉都唔錯雖然服務差左, 不過食物質素提升左唔少~

依家改善左好多!

炸魷魚鬚好脆

咖哩魷魚夠腍又入味

什菜煲足料又夠熱
咕嚕肉都唔錯


雖然服務差左, 不過食物質素提升左唔少~
