To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

疫情下,很多人和我一樣常常在家吃飯,有時候都想吃一下食店的食物,近排吃得悶悶地,不吃得辣的我,都想找到一些刺激來衝擊味蕾,故上網找尋一些辣辣食店,一找之下,找到這間食店,就一於試下!去到地方不算很大,但總算乾乾淨淨,雖然還早,但都已經有幾枱食客,應該都會不錯!在我一輪的精心挑選下,就選了八款美食,買回家和家人分享。冷鍋酸菜魚,估不到的是份量頗多,一家人吃都夠,魚很滑,很大片,味道酸酸辣辣很醒胃,我地一家本身不是吃得辣的人,所以我選了BB辣,個味道出來不會很辣但又可以吃到魚的鮮甜味,家人吃了都讚不絕口!果然是鎮店之寶!蔥爆牛肉,我買時點了這款小菜為不要辣,是因為驚家人連BB辣都吃不到時都還有一些小菜可以吃,牛肉很大片和肉質鬆軟,京蔥很甜,都很好吃,吃過酸菜魚的辣味,我就知道下次我可以將這個小菜加返一些辣味,相信會梗惹味!炸墨魚餅,一客六件,啱晒我六個人享用,墨魚餅香口彈牙,墨魚味濃,媽咪就最愛吃!尖椒皮蛋,我見皮蛋不像我平時看見的黑色,覺得很特別,所以點了這個小菜,原來皮蛋有分鴨蛋同雞蛋,鴨蛋做出黎既皮蛋是黑色透明,雞蛋做出來的皮蛋是黃色透明,還知道原來用雞蛋做皮蛋,技術上還要比用鴨蛋高

冷鍋酸菜魚,估不到的是份量頗多,一家人吃都夠,魚很滑,很大片,味道酸酸辣辣很醒胃,我地一家本身不是吃得辣的人,所以我選了BB辣,個味道出來不會很辣但又可以吃到魚的鮮甜味,家人吃了都讚不絕口!果然是鎮店之寶!

尖椒皮蛋,我見皮蛋不像我平時看見的黑色,覺得很特別,所以點了這個小菜,原來皮蛋有分鴨蛋同雞蛋,鴨蛋做出黎既皮蛋是黑色透明,雞蛋做出來的皮蛋是黃色透明,還知道原來用雞蛋做皮蛋,技術上還要比用鴨蛋高呢,今次真的長知識,難得有這麼特別的皮蛋,當然要試,尖椒很辣,但很好的是這些辣味不會搶了皮蛋的蛋味,用雞蛋做的皮蛋比鴨蛋做的皮蛋,蛋白柔軟,皮蛋還呈現流心狀態,小小辣味,很可口!

無骨口水雞,都是選了BB辣,全家人都吃到,口水雞無骨之餘雞很嫰滑,雞不是太肥,雖然是例俾,但份量都算多,除了辣味,還吃上到去淡淡麻香味,屋企人都很欣賞這個小菜,一邊吃,一邊讚好吃,呢個小菜真的不要錯過!

香油海蜇,本身是一個不辣的菜色,份量不是很多,做前菜一流,海蜇有麻油的香味,很彈牙,還有一些青瓜絲一起吃,無得輸!

第一次吃夫妻肺片,是用上牛腱,牛脷和金錢肚,份量都算多,味道麻麻辣辣的,但牛味都算出,做小食真的很不錯!

在網上見很多人叫這個黑糖糍粑,所以就要了一客來試試,好有米香味,軟軟腍腍,自身味道不是太多,但一黏上黑糖,個層次立即豐富起來,香香甜甜,煙煙靱靱,用它來做結尾很好呢!

全家將所有食物掃過清光,可想言之他們都很欣賞這間店的食物,和最緊要的是,平時最不吃得辣的媽媽都可以吃到四川菜,以後又可以多一個選擇了!
