To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

前排中秋節食太多月餅，肚腩脂肪好似多咗少少，所以想食返健康少少，減下肥。於是就嚟咗呢間食嘢。alfafa超級沙律配煙三文魚 $40.6健康食物普遍都比較貴，但可能因為呢間餐廳喺學校校園入面，所以食呢個超級沙律都只係$40左右。煙三文魚份量唔太多，只得一兩片。菜嘅份量多，主要係羽衣甘藍同生菜比較多。羽衣甘藍唔太苦，幾好。但好可惜嘅係，餐牌明明寫呢個沙律有牛油果，但成碗野入面，一片牛油果都見唔到，亦都冇任何牛油果醬，有少少失望。
