To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今午在韓樂歎個下午茶,見到有溏心蛋牛肉飯,就二話不說叫來試試,結果的是溏心蛋算可以,牛肉調得都夠味,而飯的份量也適當。雖然這一次沒有驚喜,但可幸也沒有驚震,或許有時我們也要學習在平淡中找出食物令人愉快的味道呀。
