To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 184220082022,我再次來到客家好棧,今次試下個新餐。由於今日是星期六,一入去我已經是最後一張枱,之後個d應該都要等一等。點左餐好快送上,先係避風塘炒蟹,賣相相當吸引,而且都足一隻蟹,蟹蓋有少少膏都ok,蟹肉夾上香辣炸蒜同辣椒,正霸王雞有半隻,都好入味而且嫰滑,連一般都比較鞋口既雞胸都做得不錯。濃雞湯腿蓉浸津白就比較失望,冇咩味之餘也沒有腿蓉味道,而且津白切絲好似沙律菜咁怪怪的。最後就係黃花魚,呢個係最值得大家叫,因為炸到好香脆,而魚肉也不會炸到冇晒水份,除咗中間條大骨外,基本上都可以連骨食(因人而異)
