To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 外賣送餐叫咗一個炒福建麵，一個豬扒椰漿飯，一份串燒雞肉1）福建麵：無味，豬肉全部都係肥膏，一啲都唔入味2）豬扒椰漿飯：飯底真係用椰水煲，豬扒可以，不過最離譜竟然無亞參辣醬，俾包辣油我？！咁叫做椰漿飯？！無咗亞參辣醬我同食豬扒飯有無分別？有銀魚仔同花生加半隻蛋，銀魚仔硬嘅，花生唔脆！實在太過份，完全唔能接受3）串燒雞肉：有4串，但係每串都係得半串，又無沙嗲醬仲有兩杯飲品，凍咖啡係普通港式茶餐廳咖啡質素，另外一杯係奶茶，完全無茶味呢兩杯飲品係要加15蚊，唔係送餐廳完全唔識包外賣，飲品無包好，雖然無倒瀉晒，但係成袋都係咖啡同奶茶，呢個唔關Rider事好嬲，無下次
