To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同姨甥仔去將軍澳買完嘢，就專登去坑口村搵食，路過見到呢間嘢高朋滿座，好不熱鬧咁......我哋一行五人就入去食個飯啦！嚟到呢啲大排檔，豉椒炒蜆、炸大腸、沙鍋魚頭煲、蠔仔粥呢啲例牌嘢諗住實冇衰啦！點知樣樣都勁唔掂呀首先個豉椒炒蜆，竟然係甜嘅，跟住我哋叫個疑似老闆娘嚟試吓碟炒蜆，佢食完之後不發一言轉身走咗去，以為佢會幫我哋換另一碟啦，等咗一陣，佢連影都冇埋，算！食第二樣，炸大腸勁冧呀，最離譜係個沙鍋魚頭煲，面頭嗰件係正常，但之後嗰啲，Oh no~係冰凍㗎，我話莫非呢味叫冰鎮魚頭煲先啱，大家食到一肚火，好耐未試過食唔晒啲餸喇，仲要係未飽添，我哋都好奇怪呢度點解會咁爆場？佢哋係咪冇味覺嘅呢？跟住一致決定再去第二度再食過！
