To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同男友咁啱係德福睇完戲, 諗住早早哋食個Dinner因為之前去過隔離間一平安同宫都唔好食, 見呢間未試過就諗住食吓, 點知完全中晒伏!!!我哋6點半嚟到攞位, 前面差15個左右, 點知一等就2個幾鐘如果唔係等咗咁耐諗住等埋佢, 真係諗住上去食稻香算不過男友唔想食中菜, 所以繼續等...我哋居然等到撞到2個友人, 之後我哋入去先, 終於都知點解等咁耐....佢好多都係4人枱, 但坐2個人(因為得一個爐), 我哋於是叫埋友人一齊食, 咁佢哋唔洗再等呢間嘢好奇怪, 係無set lunch....我哋本身諗住叫個4人Set, 估唔到要會員先有set食我哋問佢點申請做會員, 個waitress仲話: 唔好意思, 我哋ge會員已經賣晒...ok, 我哋咪散叫囉因為我哋剩係中意食肉, 所以將個set D沙律, 菜, 飯全部cut晒剩係叫咗中間D燒肉點知班waiter真係好似遊魂咁, 叫佢落單, 就落漏咗嘢, 搞到要落2次入正題, 我哋叫咗牛肩, 牛舌, 芝士一口牛, 仲有唔記得咩牛啦....總之係會員set嗰幾個....之後仲有特價嗰個薑蒽牛, 香草雞, 南瓜, 鹽燒三文魚, 豬頸肉, 鹿兒島牛

入正題, 我哋叫咗牛肩, 牛舌, 芝士一口牛, 仲有唔記得咩牛啦....總之係會員set嗰幾個....

之後仲有特價嗰個薑蒽牛, 香草雞, 南瓜, 鹽燒三文魚, 豬頸肉, 鹿兒島牛
落單嗰陣, 個waiter問我哋想要咩食法, 之後佢自己講咗一大堆嘢, 有得點選點選, 但太多嘢, 跟本唔會有人記得到....所以我哋都係求其點就算


牛舌份量好少, 全部切晒絲咁, 無咗大大件厚切ge滿足感

芝士一口牛, 其實係一舊牛筋, 燒完成舊嘢好乾, 無乜脂肪. 之後放咗入芝士度, 叫做有返D汁, 但完全無脂肪ge香味, 仲要好咸tim (以本人食燒肉ge經驗, 唔會燒到過熟, 所以唔係因為太熟而無晒汁)友人仲笑, 呢個一口牛 = 要一口吞落去ge牛, 因為"趙"唔到..
牛肩, 薑蒽牛, 同埋其他牛, 全部都只有韓燒質素.....除咗個$99鹿兒島牛比較正常之外...
香草雞, 呢個居然味道比較好
豬頸肉, 呢個好咸.....

鹽燒三文魚, 呢個完全係地獄之作....條魚照個Waiter咁講, 燒完出嚟之後, D脂肪溶晒, 不過魚面無燒過ge甘香感(用鍚紙包ge死穴) 同埋條魚係完全無味ge, 要自己落鹽, 不過最慘ge係, 落咗鹽都唔見得好食....條魚一夾即散...反而點佢個鹽醬(呢個醬我幾中意
咸中帶點蒜香)先叫做入得口...

燒南瓜居然係除咗鹿兒島牛之外, 今餐最好食ge嘢....


因為我哋食晒咁多嘢都唔太飽, 又唔覺得D嘢好味, 就求其叫咗個牛乳烏冬同泡菜石頭飯填飽個肚就算....

豆乳烏冬味道唔錯, 不過份量比較少, 個湯味道幾濃幾好味, 烏冬幾彈牙
泡菜石頭飯, 呢個味道普通, 落咗辣醬都麻麻, 仲要份量又少, 韓食家嗰個平過佢又好食過佢

差, 韓燒貨色ge牛.切到一條條ge牛舌, 無滿足感

Other Info. : 呢間嘢食完都一肚氣, 除咗真係平之外, 我唔覺得有咩值得幫襯 如果唔洗等都話可以試吓, 要等就真係咪鬼試 如果食燒肉都係比多少少$, 食返伊呂波同盛八好過....
