To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同女友過黎赤柱行下，想坐低飲杯野食下野，結果入左呢一間，叫左兩杯野飲加一個burger （m),野飲都係咁，但係個burger完全唔鬼得，包切得一高一低，叫半黎左接近全熟，鹽落得重手左，黑椒未剪到香味出黎，同就咁食黑椒一樣味，完全係微波爐出品，雖然118唔算好貴，但可否認真少少？我都係做廚房，但係你地真係好鬼差，唔岩做唔好做，你地連我彈回頭都唔想，世界之大，做多10幾年你地都係唔會有進一步，$/'==+=!-'-'","@,@,,/
