🐻收工返歸揾飯食,咁啱🐻👩🏻早收工可以推肥🐱行街街,決定揾間pet friendly既餐廳chill下。🐻👩🏻最後揀左係屯門建生的JEP by Involtini,同肥🐱坐室外。🐻JEP餐牌上有個Tasting menu幾吸引,有前菜,主食同甜品,我哋再追加左個意粉。點好餐後待應就送上酸種麵包同黑麥麵包,配自家制黑松露牛油,然後係前菜西西里式八爪魚,清爽開胃,八爪魚口感彈牙。🐻主食有松葉蟹甲羅燒蟹膏意大利飯,一上枱就散發香氣,待應介紹用昆布湯細煮,味道由外而內加強,先嚐原味淡淡昆布味,然後加入燒蟹膏伴食,又有一番風味,最後混合中間的生鵪鶉蛋,多層味道,真係食到🐻👩🏻舔舔脷。🐻再來手造意大利麵,西班牙紅蝦配紅蝦膏濃汁,紅蝦煮到七八成熟,保持鮮味又兼顧口感,意大利麵韌度十足,配上超濃紅蝦膏,真係食到停唔到口。🐻甜點係蕃薯蒙布朗配忌廉芝士同焦糖杏仁,擺盤特別優雅,味道唔會太甜,值得一讚。
